Sir,
In continuation of my letter of the 22nd inst.,
I should be glad to know whether the letter of request
and other documents were returned to the Consul-General
for action. The plaintiff is entitled to have the document
served in this way and it is possible I may have enquiries
as to whether the request of the Court has been complied
with which I should be glad to answer in the affirmative.
